I have one word... "training".
Many dealers across the United States are finding out that....
business as usual,  is not good enough. The days of the wild wild west are "OVER" So are the days of the hand written contracts and bill of sales.

Get with the plan. Get a software program for your dealership, join the Independent dealer association and educate yourself about your business.

If you buy cheap software products, you should expect less than average service and return on your investment. Think I am kidding? 

"Ignorance of the law is no excuse." The penalties for violating just one of the many legal obligations can result in stiff fines and even imprisonment. A dealer must be well informed  to make sound business decisions.
