What is tech support and who gets it?
Support Request
Our tech support services are simply related to the operation and the use
of the software we have created.
Many issues can be resolved over the telephone
or by email, but on occasion additional steps are required by us and
or the user/operator.
We offer tech support on our products on a paid membership basis.
The membership may be included in a purchase plan or package. If any
software questions and issues arise we will address them quickly. We
do not outsource our tech support or programming to anyone else. If
an issue surfaces that requires an immediate solution, we are here
to help.
Issues and or questions may arise in the course of the
users/operators activities that are outside the boundaries of our
services and products. Our staff may advise you to seek legal
assistance, or take a class, call a local computer company and
possibly call a State agency. It all depends upon the nature of the
subject and the issue.
Our personal guarantee to you: Our tech support staff will assist
you with any issues that are within the scope of our products and
services.
A certain level of knowledge is expected of the user/operator in
order to use our software. We offer classes and training tools to
learn our products and their many features.
We take special care to stay abreast of the industries that we are
involved in, so that our products will remain applicable and
reliable.
