Why conduct training classes?
No matter what software package you choose for your business, basic
conditions exist in learning software and implementing it into your
dealership. This is a major concern.
Credco article
We have found that most individuals learn the basics through the
tutorials and help files. This a slower method of learning.
Usually, trial and error often times leads to
loss of time and money. This method of learning may take
years to fully use all of the features built in to a dealership
management system.
Our goal is to get you and your staff up and running as quick as
possible. Time is money!
We hold regular training classes in our office the third week of
each month. The classes are broken down into two categories.
(Introductory and Advanced) The classes
are six hours of instruction with one hour for lunch.
The classes are informal and follow a basic outline with plenty of
interaction with question and answer sessions.
Subjects are taught based upon what the
individual's responsibility are at the dealership. We have
two levels of training. They are employee and administrators. We try
to schedule classes with operators on the same level. Call to
reserve a seat.
